Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping our small business, it means the world! 

 

POLICY: All merchandise that has been unworn, unaltered and still has the original tags, will be accepted for a full refund within 10 days of the receipt of the goods. After the first 10 days, you have an additional 10 days for exchanges or store credit. All refunds and exchanged MUST have the original tags and be accompanied by the receipt or copy of the original receipt. All ACCESSORIES, SHOES, LOCAL VENDORS and SALE merchandise are final sale and non refundable.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you believe you received a defective item, you must notify us by email within 2 days of the delivery confirmation date or date of in-person purchase and include a photo, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. An item that is ruined in the washing machine or ripped after wearing is not eligible for return and is not considered defective. No exceptions.
